approx. 10 cm (4") tall

I know of at least 4 examples of the above shape, it is quite unusual shape as it has a large hollow in the base and it is quite heavy for its size. I am not sure, but may be it is a Pot Pori holder and it is meant to have some sort of cover. I will leave it amongst the vases until I can work it out. If you know what this is or have an example with a shape number I would like to hear from you.
