I believe that the Jone shaped teapot comes in at least 6 sizes 

2 cup teapot: 17.5 cm (7”) lip of spout to edge of handle, 11.5 cm (4.5”) tall

4 cup teapot: (size 30) 18 cm (7.25”) lip of spout to edge of handle, 12 cm (4.75”) tall 

6 cup teapot: (size 24) 21.5 cm (8.2”) lip of spout to edge of handle, 14.5 cm (5.75”) tall 

 8 cup teapot: 23 cm (9”) lip of spout to edge of handle, 15 cm (6”) tall

While I do not have the measurements I believe that they also come in a 10 cup & a 12 cup

While this shape comes along often enough, to see it with its original cover is quite unusual, the cover is lose fitting and not many of these seem to have survived.
