Crinoline Lady Napkin Rings & Bells

The Crinoline Lady Napkin Rings and Bell where made in 2 different styles, the first has what I call a Balloon Dress without ruffles where the second and later shape has a ruffled dress. Crinoline Lady napkin rings and Bells  where first introduced in the early 1930's and they have been attributed to Violet Elmer.
